Jessica
Jessica - Roll+Flow and Zumba Instructor
My name is Jess. I am a group fitness instructor, and I have been teaching at Fly Girl Dance & Fitness since 2021. I specialize in Zumba, but I also teach various other formats. I have been a licensed Zumba instructor since 2014, and have taken several other licensing courses to further my fitness education with Zumba, including becoming licensed to teach Strong Nation in 2016. I attend as many in-person and virtual Zumba JAM sessions as I can, as well as attending the annual Zumba Instructor Convention to learn exciting new choreography to bring to my classes. Music is my passion, and I love teaching songs that my students and I can feel an emotional connection with!
I work full-time as a physical therapist assistant, so my life revolves around exercise and wellness. My extensive background in physical therapy practice and continuing education courses has helped me to round out my fitness career as well. I bring my physical therapy knowledge to every boot camp, yoga, and foam rolling class that I teach, ensuring that my students achieve the maximum benefit from each class, as I can tailor the exercises to meet each student's individual needs.
I love making new friends, and I can't wait to welcome you into our Fly Girl family! Let's get this party started!
