What if I can't make it to class, or I'm running late?
Please remove yourself from the roster! Some classes fill up, creating a wait-list. By removing yourself from the class, you're giving your spot to another individual. If you do not remove yourself from the class list, and don't show to the class, you could be fined. Running late? If 10 minutes past the start of class, you forfeit your spot.
What does it mean if I'm on the Wait List?
If the class is full, you can sign up for the Wait List. You will need an active pass or membership to be put on the list, and you will be automatically moved into a class list should a spot become available. If you've been moved into the class you will receive either an email or text notification (whichever you initially put as preferred means of communication during your registration).
What should I bring?
We supply all the necessary equipment for class. However, you can absolutely bring your own mat, weights, towel and water. We have a water cooler in the back to refill your water bottle.
I'm new, what class should I start off taking?
Every fitness level can start somewhere at this studio. Whether it's just been awhile or you're recovering from an injury, all walks of life are welcome. New to dance? Start with CIZE. LOVE to dance? Try Zumba! Looking to get stronger? A good first step might be the Fit Squad. Already bench pressing your pets and kids? Give Guns 'n Buns a try! Looking to find your inner peace, flexibility and strength?Gentle Yoga or Pilates is a great start!
