Experience a full body workout by pairing weights, a series of boxing moves: jab, cross, hooks, uppercuts, and combos PLUS resistance props with isometric movements and high repetition. The muscle groups are targeted and worked to the point of exhaustion, followed by a series of ballet barre stretches, creating long and lean results.

Our Power Class is all about feeling strong. It’s a full body strength focused class with blasts of cardio to get your body sweating and build muscle. We use a range of weights and equipment to keep it fun and challenging. (80% strength 20% cardio)
