WHAT IS IT: A high energy workout hitting every muscle group.
WHAT MAKES THIS CLASS UNIQUE: We focus on accentuating the female shape.
HOW IT WORKS: Multiple circuits of 4 minute intervals using dumbbells, kettlebells, body weight/plyometrics. We like to concentrate on the booty! We throw in Tabata sections to get your heart rate up. We use a variety of weights so it's perfect for everyone.
