WHAT IS IT: A classic is back - Step & Sculpt! You’ll burn calories and shape your body with lots of varied, but never complex, choreography.

HOW IT WORKS: Using a fun and challenging interval format, this class alternates easy-to-follow cardio step drills with strength and conditioning exercises using weights, and  your own bodyweight for a totally body blast!
