WHAT IS IT: Pilates-Inspired, strength-conditioning class
WHAT MAKES THIS CLASS UNIQUE: During class, we utilize weighted Ripstix to drum and build upper body muscle while also distracted from lower body elements of squats, lunges, etc.
HOW IT WORKS: Ripstix are utilized during every song number and uphold a constant, upper-body impact. This full-body workout alternates between standing and seated positions as a means to target not only the lower body with squats and lunges, but also the abdomen, arms, and shoulders through core-balance and pilates-inspired pulsation. Every movement and position in this format is modifiable and user-friendly in accordance to each participant's fitness level.
