HOW IT WORKS: PiYo is a low impact, high intensity workout set that will leave feeling empowered, strong and restored. We combine the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility benefits of yoga set to an uplifting beat. We’re in non-stop motion so expect to sweat, burn crazy calories, and have a blast.
