WHAT IS IT: Pilates is a system of exercises that links the mind and body while maintaining a balance between mobility and stability.

 

WHAT MAKES THIS CLASS UNIQUE: Pilates is designed to concentrate on the entire body and not just the major muscles increasing muscular strength, improving flexibility and overall health and wellness.

HOW IT WORKS: The goal of Pilates is to strengthen muscles and increase flexibility.  It relies on fine, coordinated movements to strengthen the core, enhance posture and to promote general health.
