KIDS CLASSES

Tots in Tutus

$175 - Using a theme like "princesses" we keep kids looking forward to coming to classes. This is perfect for younger tots! We will teach the ballet or jazz basics, while intertwining some of their favorite characters (using songs, and dress up, etc.)

Basic Cheer, Dance & Poms

$175 - This fun class is where kids learn the basics- motions, jumps, kicks. I can put together 8 counts that are easy to catch on using CHEER 101 moves. Consider it like the Chicago Luvabulls class for Fly Girl.

Dancing Divas

$175 - This class is perfect for our older kids! This class offers themes of a different "diva" each week - where we teach dances inspired by a performance or video of Beyoncé, Britney Spears, Demi Lovato, Ariana Grande and more!

$175 - Join Bianca for a HIP HOP jam session! This class will teach music, choreography and attitude! You will learn 2-3 routines along the way! Great exercise and super fun!

Kidz FITness Class

$175 - All kids have the potential to be in fitness and learn healthy nutrition – and should have fun while doing it!

 

Kids Fitness classes 4-13yr olds. Each class is designed with a 45 min. work out and a 15 min. nutrition lesson. All classes are designed based on age, not fitness level. ALL kids fitness levels welcome! Come join us for an 8 week fitness adventure!
