HOW IT WORKS: Our High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) FIT class is not for the beginner. This 30 minute POWER-PACKED class is filled with plyometric movements, that will sculpt and define your legs and core. This is an advance class that is sure to get that heart pumping!
