WHAT IS IT: Sunday morning Hatha Flow
WHAT MAKES THIS CLASS UNIQUE: This one hour class will emphasize proper breath work and practice of asanas in a flow format to awaken dormant energy and uplift your senses. Walk off the mat feeling refreshed, de-stressed and balanced. Every Sunday!
HOW IT WORKS: Movement through asana (poses) creates space in the body where there might often be compression. Opening our physical body increases movement of blood and energy and awakens praña resulting in improved health and vigor. A balanced yoga practice, focusing on breath, asana, and meditation balances not only our physical body, helping to improving health, strength, stability and posture but additionally helps to balance our nervous system, helping to create less stress and improved emotionally stability.
