WHAT IS IT: Low impact weight lifting class for all levels.

 

WHAT MAKES THIS CLASS UNIQUE: We "super set" or do back to back exercises hitting opposite muscles to get that serious burn.


HOW IT WORKS: Using dumbbells, kettle bells, bands and body weight to hit every muscle group. We finish off on the floor with ab and glute work. This class is perfect for beginners as well as advanced.
