WHAT IS IT:  A compassionate and gentle yoga class where you can grow strong in a way that feels good for you.


WHAT MAKES THIS CLASS UNIQUE: The purpose of this class is to cultivate self care and self love by tuning into your individual needs, feeling all the feels, and using your senses. 

HOW IT WORKS: We begin by connecting with the breath through inquiry, curiosity, and awareness. Harmonizing gentle and conscious movement with the breath, which aid in calming the nervous system and ease tension. We incorporate postures creating a healthy flow of energy to strengthen body and mind. We close our practice with a mini session of yoga nidra (10 minutes of guided meditation in Savasana aka relaxation pose).
