Strength and Toning

What is it: A full body toning workout that incorporates light and heavy weights.
How it works: 40 min weight training then 20 minutes of mat work where we target our glutes and abs. Your metabolism will be revved up as we combine weight training with cardio where we target your arms, legs, and total core. Strong focus on abs at the end.
Always modifications and a great class for beginners as well as the experienced strength trainer.
