WHEN

WHAT IS IT: Work on your strength and cardio with this 60 mins class. 20 minutes of dance with light weights, 20 minutes of dance incorporating the step/riser, and 20 minutes of pure dance fitness.

Wednesdays at 9PM & 6:30PM
