WHAT IS IT: Need to unWINE after a long work week? Stretch, sip, repeat while working on strengthening your core and releasing tensions from the week.


WHAT MAKES THIS CLASS UNIQUE: Pilates is designed to concentrate on the entire body and not just the major muscles increasing muscular strength, improving flexibility and overall health and wellness. Plus, THERE'S WINE! How unique can you get!

HOW IT WORKS: The goal of Pilates is to strengthen muscles and increase flexibility.  It relies on fine, coordinated movements to strengthen the core, enhance posture and to promote general health.
