WHAT IS IT:  A gentler mindful flow with harmonious, slow, soft, relaxed, and conscious  movements. Allowing you to listen to your body, choosing what feels best for you, and building your individual experience. 


WHAT MAKES THIS CLASS UNIQUE: A sequence of postures that flow from one pose to another while breathing is harmonized with your movements to keep the mind calm and focused to help you relax during your practice and remain in the present moment.

HOW IT WORKS: We begin with mindful breathing to calm the mind and build awareness of the body. Syncing gentle movement with the breath, we incorporate postures that ease the nervous system and strengthen body and mind. We wrap up with a brief meditation in Savasana aka relaxation pose.
