WHAT IS IT: 6 Pack Sweat is a cardio and core class. We will focus on burning calories and fat by performing cardio based moves like plyometrics. Also, strengthening the core with various exercises.
WHAT MAKES THIS CLASS UNIQUE: We will be hitting our abs throughout the entire hour without spending too much time on the floor doing crunches!
HOW IT WORKS: We start warming up the muscles that we will be working on that day. We will go through various timed circuits of work and rest. Firing up the metabolism! We finish with core focused moves to burn those abs
